I need to complaint about my electricity bill which I have received in the month of July which is around 5000 rupees.
I have already complained this to the MSEB authorities but they said my electricity bill was around 7000 and they have reduced it to 5000 and I have already paid the the electricity for the month of March- June .
So need help for this pls
