I booked zoom car under I’d: JPSNCI3P8
While picking up car following things happened
1) car odometer was not working correctly as it does not show kms
2) I raised this concern to zoomcar representative present. He said nothing to worry
3) car was given to me at 0 percent fuel
While dropping the car I returned them at reserve level
They charged me incorrectly Rs 2600 and not ready to understand the problem and is not returning my money
Attaching pic at the beginning of the trip which shows 0 fuel.. hence no refuelling fees should be charged
