I recharged with 1799Rs plan for 1 year while my current unlimited plan was active. New plan should start after end of my current plan on 6th Aug 2024 but it started right away. Please check my attached screenshot. I now have 2 unlimited plans active which makes no sense. Please update the validity correctly. It needs to be valid till 6th August 2025 and not 30 June 2025 because my new recharge should start from end of current plan on 6th Aug 2024.
