Hi

I had ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel however the SIM card number provided by the Airtel Customer service person is not the same as the number in their (Airtel) system. I had called multiple times but they are not helping me. They just tell me to go to the Airtel store which is very far from my place. The number has been ported and not activated. I am without any phone number. They had earlier sent a person to my house.

I am very upset that they (Airtel) made me call them several times but no help. Extremely bad service and I feel cheated and my number is still not activated
