Dear Sir,
This mail is regarding my recent amazon order of Smartphone :- Xiaomi 11x pro(8 gb, 128 gb) ordered on 20-03-2022 on which I’ve found following problems :-
(01) Malfunction of Proximity Sensor during call.
(02) Non working of double touch to wake up/sleep for screen off.
& Smartphone also get testified for the above indicated issues by one of your technical support team engineer over call & he lodged a complaint for refund afterwards with my approval & he assured me that I’ll get full value of my exchanged Smartphone :- Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1(3 gb, 32 gb) which I’ve exchanged in return for discount of Rs. 8050.00/- on Xiaomi Smartphone, I’ve been showed on amazon app and over mail that estimated refund value is Rs. 36,999.00/- (till return/till date) & “Refund will be issued after deduction of the Instant Bank Discount you received” which after deduction is Rs. 35,999.00/- but I only received Rs. 30,999.00/-(Rs. 27,949.00/- on HDFC Credit Card & Rs. 3050.00/- as Amazon Pay Balance) on 02-04-2022 which is Rs. 5000.00/- less from the estimated amount.
Kindly justify the following :-
(01) Why I’ve been shown wrong estimated value till the time the purchased product gets in hand of the delivery carrier.
(02) Why It is not clearly mentioned below estimated value that refund amount will be reimbursed after deduction of exchange promotion amount i.e. Rs. 5000.00/- as like instant Bank Discount warning is shown.
