Father’s Number (Om Prakash Nagar): 9044002503 (Correct)
I have accidentally recharged my phone number with 1-year validity plan instead of my father’s number via Airtel App.
I’m not writing this mail to get any compensation. I accept my fault while doing the recharge. However, as a loyal customer I wish if you would be kind enough to transfer this recharge to the correct number as mentioned above.
Also, I spoke to a senior person on customer care who says I will get a call back in 72 hours. Therefore, I did a Rs 19 recharge on my father’s number as recommended by him so that we can still stay connected for the next 2 days as today is the last day of his existing validity plan. If possible, make sure that he could make calls in case of any emergency.
I’m not a rich person and would not be able to suffer this monetary loss. Please help me as a customer is need. Fell free to call me anytime.
