Hi Team,

I’ve recharged a prepaid mobile with 2498 which already had an existing plan of 1498 as it was told that new recharge will be applied only after old plan expires. But it was not clearly mentioned that old plan should be same amount. Hence the new plan was activated from today itself even tough old plan has 8 months of validity left. When I asked customer care to cancel my recharge, they are telling that because recharge was not done trough their Airtel thanks app, they cannot revert. This is purely business of there app. It should be customer’s which to choose a platform to recharge and service providers cannot refrain from reverting the recharge amount or to start the plan from the date of expiry of current plan.
