I have made my Airtel number reacharge on 17th Jan and which was successful.
But today i incorrectly made recharge of 666rs and services are yet to be claimed. I have reached to Airtel team including Nodal team but they are reluctant to refund my amount moreover they claiming these benefits are already implied to my account but this is not the case, usually if there is any additional recharge made new recharge services only come in to place after validity completion of my current pack. So am approaching to reverse the amount my incorrect recharge but they dening it.. This is not fair at all.
