I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an issue I recently encountered with a purchase I made. On [4/08/23], I ordered a front zipper seamless bra from lounge wears through their website (https://loungewears.myshopline.com/)
However, upon delivery on [11/08/26], I received a completely different product which does not match the description or specifications of the product that was shown on the website.
Instead of what I ordered, I received an used and torn jeans with the brand name TRIGGER.

I have attached the delivery receipts for your reference. I believe this situation goes against my rights as a consumer, and I request your intervention to resolve this matter and ensure that I receive the correct product as advertised or I am refunded with the amount that is rupees 1000 I paid.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope for a swift resolution.
