I had ordered the product on 20/07/2022 a Ambrane 1.5 mType-c cable with Rs.349.00 which I was delivered on 23/07/2022 and on the same day I had raised the request to return as I had received the wrong product. Then I received the call from the team where I mistakenly said the product is okay and your team has rejected my return request. Then I have raised this as a complaint and tried calling, emailing and chatting with your agents but not only they have failed to provide a resolution but also had never answered with my details I have asked for.
I will be also attaching the photos of the product details and return policy and accordingly if this isn’t resolved I will escalate this further until I receive a relevant resolution. It has a warranty of 06 months and a product can be returned within 07 working days as per the policy.
Kindly let me know in which part I am wrong when the product is wrong for me then how will I use it and your agents told me to keep it. This will be the last email as I will also raise a complaint in the consumer forum and seek the resolution if you are incapable of providing me with one.
I want the product to be returned and money to be refunded.
