I ordered a multi layer shoe rack with doors and received a 3 story plastic rack which does not resemble the one on the website. The customer support was contacted but all emails to the support team failed with reasoning “recipient’s server did not accept our request to connect”. There is no means to contact support via chat or phone and no end to this mess.
