I recently placed an order on your platform for an ASUS Vivobook 16x with a Ryzen 7 processor, priced at 57,990 INR [Order ID : 405-3046099-8852303 ,Order date : 05-Sep-2023 ]. However, upon receiving the package, I discovered that I was sent the wrong product, specifically the ASUS Vivobook 15 X1504VA, which is priced at 43,000 INR.I would like to highlight the urgency of this situation. I am currently on a limited time schedule in India and will be migrating to another country shortly. When I contacted the customer care they thold they are not responsible for the time i lost and they have certain return policy so that i have to wait for days to get the problem resolved. Given the time constraints, it is imperative for me to have the correct product or, at the very least, a resolution like shortest possible refund time as quickly as possible from Amazon India and a Compensation for the inconvenience and loss of time caused due to this error.
