I had ordered a T-shirt from GAP for an adult female and then placed an exchange for a smaller size. They instead delivered a kid’s GAP T-shirt. The colour and the design of the T-shirt is very similar to the original one except that it’s a kid’s T-shirt. I have raised this to the Ajio team on call/application/email/social media numerous times but all in vain. They say that the correct product was dispatched by them and they have done thorough investigation. However, they have no evidence as no picture of the correct product being delivered was taken at the doorstep. They’re refusing to accept that a mistake has been made by them and refusing any refund/rerun!
