Text of Complaint by Komal Chauhan:

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to notify that I am Flipkart plus customer since long and recently bought two parts of bata slippers on 10th April 2022.

I kept one of the pair but the another one was not of my size and I did not like the product quality as well. Also the box of the slliper was not in a condition.

I requested Flipkart to return one of the product and raised return request 4 to 5 times but nobody came and pickup the order. However in between I spoke to Flipkart customer care as well but they have not provided any resolution till date.

Also, as per the latest discussion with flipkart customer service team, they have refused to get my order refund as the return or exchange period is over.

However, I have already escalated my issue since the product was delivered to me and earlier your team has already confirmed that my order will get refunded if the return period is even over.

There are alot reminders given to you yet nobody is even responding on this email.

How many further reminders are to be required…?
