I am writing because wrong product was shipped,the actual item was not what I ordered.

We had placed the order “Regular Fit Denim Shirt” Pack of two under buy one get free of INR 1299.

Today, Nov 27 I received a call from the delivery executive to collect your shipment, for the same paid Rs.1299 and collected the shipment when opening the box inside the Box got delivered wrong products ( Image attached this mail).

Immediately I tried to contact them on his mobile no – 8045-771-393 the IVR getting response “You are not dialling a valid number” whereas I received a call from the same number for shipment.

Please find attached wrong product image and shipment details.
