I ordered a spigen iPhone 13 case in June 16, 2022 & a product was delivered on June 18, 2022. The package was tampered with and contained a Samsung phone case. I raised for an immediate refund as soon as the package was delivered as the delivery agent did not take back the tampered product. The Order# 408-6287656-1532322 was placed with amazon.
Due to incorrect product delivered i requested for refund on June 18, 2022. and the reason stated in Amazon’s website was the incorrect product delivered and tampered package.
Amazon did not acknowledge nor reached out to me for checking the issue of the product till I reached back to amazon on July 06, 2022. By then amazon had lost 18 days of time to investigate the product. In Amazon’s policy, they have 5 days return/refund which was not fulfilled and the due diligence to check the return status with high priority for incorrect products and complete the investigation was not completed. No one from amazon reached back to me on the product details and I raised a request on July 06, 2022, for a status update on the issue.
It has been beyond 18 days as of July 06, 2022, when I was not updated on the product refund. Now the investigation team is rejecting this request shows negligence in conducting due diligence on the customer’s request made on June 18, 2022.
I requested amazon to provide investigation details where it is missing and they have been constantly rejecting to comment on the issue and denying refund for the incorrect product. I have also returned whatever product which was delivered back to amazon on next day of the delivery.
I require justice to this and request for refund of Rupees 2,199+2000 as a penalty for amazon’s negligence towards customers’ inquiries.
