I have taken a loan in zest money on oct2021 and i paid fully with interest and closed the loan on dec2021 but they have reopened the loan again on march2022 and showed as Rs211 in overdue till now and i have emailed the concerns every 2days from march2022 but still they have not responded correctly and not removed the incorrect overdue amount from my cibil because of this incorrect amount all my loans and cards rejecting my profile also affecting my payment history. Please someone assist me how to resolve this issue.
