I have received an incorrect order from the company. The product which I received was totally different from the one which I ordered from the site. The number mention in the site for customer care is also unavailable they are not picking up the calls .
I would like to request a full refund for the incorrect items. Additionally, please provide me with the instructions for returning the parcel.
