I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue with my recent order 326429982940 order placed on https://brandclothing.myshopline.com/ for 4 nos of Linen shirts @ 1198/-, which was delivered on 02-08-2023. Unfortunately, I received the wrong items and there are quality concerns as well.
I had ordered a total of four linen shirts as per my order details, however, I received only three shirts in the package. Furthermore, the quality of the shirts that were sent does not match the expected standard. The fabric and overall craftsmanship of the shirts are far below the quality.
I kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for the following:
1) Replacement: Kindly send the correct items, which include four high-quality linen shirts as originally ordered. Please ensure that the replacement items are of the expected standard and quality
2) Refund: If arranging for a replacement is not feasible, I request a full refund for the cost of the shirts and any associated shipping fees. It is important to me that this matter is resolved in a fair and efficient manner
