Below is the complaint raised to the Nodal and escalation team of Flipkart but still no response
This mail is in regards to the order placed on Dec 4th 2022 Order ID:OD226682051654587000 which I had requested to replace due to wrong measurement selected. Instead of selecting 72 inches x 36 inches x 5 inches thickness I ordered for 78 inches x 36 inches x 5 inches thickness. Post placing the replacement I had immediately called your customer care team to inform that Is wasn’t able to select the correct size when selecting replacement option for which the executive informed me to cancel the replacement request and then wait for the replacement progress option to get processed post which he asked me to call back again to the customer care and they would place the replacement order with the correct size. The status of the replacement processed was done on 8th Dec 2022 and post which i called your team to re raise the replacement with the right size. The executive then placed the order on my behalf for replacement mentioning the correct size I wanted. Post placing the order I rechecked my order placed in the app and it was showing the old incorrect size again for which i called back the Flipkart team twice to confirm if my correct size was order. They clearly confirmed me my correct size will be delivered. On 9th Dec my old order was picked up and today i get a call from your escalation manager Naveen who tells me that i will be getting replacement again for the wrong size. I asked him then in that case cancel that and refund me the money for which he says that it can’t be done and i would get the wrong size product again. As an escalation manager he is supposed to give me a solution rather than telling me the problem. Due to the mistake of your team why will I be responsible to bear the consequences. He had the audacity to tell me agent is given wrong information and i will be liable to bear the mistake.What nonsense is this.Is this how you have train your staff. I have been buying from Flipkart for soo long but your service has become pathetic. I need a solution for my problem or else I will go legal and Sue you all for every penny and time i have spent. I need a call back immediately on this.
