1. Order #1289 – ordered a phone case for S22 plus model and paid Rs1273 on the 17th Sept 2022. The payment was made through google pay to a person named Ritik Chawla. The next day when I checked the order summary, it said my order has been cancelled and I received no notification of the same. I sent multiple emails requesting for refund of the money but there was no response.
2. Order #1332 – ordered another phone case for S22 plus from toodlecase.com on the 26th Sep 2022. I received the delivery on 28th Sep 2022 but it was an incorrect product and the payment option was cash on delivery of Rs1332. An email was again sent out notifying toodlecase.com of the same but they have been unresponsive.
Please kindly look into this matter with urgency as toodlecase.com have been conning customers in broad daylight.
