I have submitted my documents to airtel representativ for broadband connection in which my name was not mentioned as Mrs. However, when I checked my bill my name mentioned as Mrs. I tried to call the representative and airtel customer care but no one is help full even I am not able to raise my request through their App because there is no option of name correction. It’s really getting though to contact them to correct their own mistake.
