Hi Team,
I am writing to you to bring to your notice that a wrong payment of Rs370/- was credit to an incorrect mobile number (9953587205) on 30th Oct 2019
Transaction ID – RHDF8149286988
I have called Vodafone complains no 198 multiple times and they assured my that my money well be refunded in 24hr. But it has still not happened .

Please help me get my refund.
