I booked a mobile Krypton K20 on 15 Jun 2020.
Booking order no 1085013526.
Payment id 10524785537 dated 15 Jun 2020.
I called the customer care no 7645922878 and 9353982311 regularly. there was no any response from them. Finally I received a mobile. It is a totally different from the booked one. It is a duplicate one. So I request you to kindly take it as consideration to get me my booked mobile.
If it is not possible please refund my money Rs. 4499/-
I have attached the details and images of the incorrect mobile phone.
