Text of Complaint by Harish:

Wynk subscription is free as part of my plan. But Airtel denies saying it’s not free. Its listed in their app that its free. And they have charged me 100 INR additionally which they never informed about. On 25th Feb, the advisor told me to pay which includes everything. I paid it. Now they charged 100 INR stating that I paid the bill on 25th feb instead of 17th feb, which the agent never informed me about. Very frustrated Customer.
