I have been miscommunicated by HDFC bank on my car loan Topup entire process.
Later on I did close my loan as the committed interest rate is different from that I’ve received.
During the closure there was an additional amount of around 9000 rupees was collected by the bank.
From the beginning the entire mistake was done by bank and not me. Regarding the same I’ve been chasing HDFC people since so many days but no help I’m received. This is definitely not a proper resolution I’m expecting and I need this to be escalated
