I checked my CIBIL score and found a section showing “Personal Loan – 1”. When I opened it, I saw a loan listed under the name “Northern Arc Capital” as a short-term personal loan. However, I have never applied for or taken any such loan. I would like this issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
