About one week ago, I noticed that a gold loan has been issued under my name from Muthootnan Company. I would like to clearly state that I have never applied for or taken any gold loan from MUTHOOTNAN at any point in time. This appears to be a case of unauthorized use of my personal details or identity.
I am extremely concerned about this matter as it may involve identity theft or fraudulent activity. I kindly request you to investigate this issue immediately and also request you to take necessary action.
Please treat this matter as urgent.
