I was checking my credit history in the CIBIL report and I found the unknown loan account details appears in my credit records from the company of TRANSACTREE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Hence I don’t have any financial relationship with named company and partner companies. However, the loan account details appears in my credit records since 17/12/2022 . I am requesting that the please close the account immediately and remove it from my credit history permanently if possible.
