I was checking my credit history in the CIBIL report and I found the unknown loan account details appears in my credit records from the company of TRANSACTREE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Hence I don’t have any financial relationship with named company and partner companies. However, the loan account details appears in my credit records since 2022 and I had raised a complaint for it a very first time I have seen that and after 2 months it was noticed in closed accounts status. The status again suddenly showing up in the active loan account. So, now I am requesting that the please close the account immediately and remove it from my credit history permanently if possible.
