Hi Again,
You really do not care it seems as long as the money is paid to JIO ….As I said before, not my issue that you are not able to reverse the charges for a mistake which I have accepted. The point – and the principal – is you know it and are not going to do anything about it, it seems as JIO is already happy with the MONEY !!! is that what you are saying to me ???
I am also not only angry but disappointed and will consult with my lawyer as this seems to me like a FRAUD/CHEATING !!! from my point of view that you will not give me the money back for services which have been paid, albeit, by a mistake to another number.
This is not your money, not the customer’s money where it got mistakenly credited. You have the possibility to talk to the customer or reverse the benefits to my number.
I have also included the appelate Maharashtra to start with.
Regards

How you reverse the charges is not my issue. A mistake (by me) has been made and JIO can correct it. You MUST STOP BLAMING the customer for your incompetent software and get in touch with the JIO CUSTOMER explain the situation and reverse the transaction or change the benefits to my jio number.I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE NOT THE POSSIBILITY TO REVERSE CHARGES. I WILL take this to the court is all I can assure you as this seems to be not serving my needs but you revenue needs.RegardsDear Neeraj,
