Naykaa Has sent me incorrect items ORDER ID
NYK-163921885-5412869, I have ordered different products and after collecting the parcel I called the delivery guy immediately also contacted naykaa support, naykaa has cancelled my return request, Team has cancelled the return request, I was not informed about the rejection reason too, I have raised a ticket on which the agent mentioned the correct items have been dispatched, again after initiating a chat the agent said the team has cancelled the request, Spent a lot of time selecting the items and this is the experience we get, this is really unpleasant and disappointing service. As a loyal customer I have ordered multiple times from naykaa and never requested for return, this was disheartening as I wanted to shop for my wedding
