Online Tee shirt ordered. At the time of order, it was showing 4 no of Tee shirt size L of Rs. 999/- and subsequently I have ordered on COD basis. I have received a message from Ekart updates with tracking ID PGRC6000054324 from Parcelgator will be delivered on 24.09.2025. I have received the parcel and paid Rs. 999/- to the delivery boy vide his mobile No. +91 11 3501 7777. The supplier is a cheat and intentionally delivering old material as I have received 2 no cheap quality round neck Tee Shirt. The address of the vendor mentioned in the envelop is
SHYAM GARDEN PNPUR SEC23 SOUTH WEST DELHI , NEW DELHI PIN 110077
Now we are unable to trace this fraudster as they are not traceable and in my opinion e-kart should take the responsibility to collect the incorrect material from us and refund the amount of Rs. 999/- immediately as they only know the location of this fraudster since they are collecting the COD amount and handing over to them
