Dear Flipkart Customer Service,

I hope this email finds you aware of the urgency and gravity of the situation. I am writing to inform you that I have been left with no choice but to escalate my recent experience with Order No. OD328901906589487100 to the consumer court due to the negligent and disappointing service I have received.

As a customer, it is deeply disappointing to have ordered a ceiling fan and received a switch instead. This glaring error on the part of the seller, facilitated by Flipkart’s processes, is not only frustrating but also unjust and unacceptable.

I have attached an unboxing video that clearly showcases the discrepancy between what I ordered and what was delivered. This video serves as irrefutable evidence of the incorrect item received.

I urge you to consider the implications of such mistakes on customer trust and the reputation of your platform. I had hoped for a swift and satisfactory resolution, but my experience has left me with no recourse but to take legal action.

I expect a response to this email confirming the initiation of corrective measures and a process for full refund and compensation for the time, inconvenience, and disappointment caused.

Please understand the severity of this matter and act accordingly to salvage the customer relationship.
