Hi Consumer Court Team,
I have ordered a Casio Edifice watch from “the smartbuy.in” under order id 9646867, but received two local FasTrack watches. Unfortunately I have paid 1749/- as cash on delivery mode, as it seems they don’t provide online payment option. I would request you to kindly look into the matter.
