Text of Complaint by Swapnil Sachdeva:

I ordered a Balmain tshirt but I received a yellow colour tshirt from this company called Brandmart luxury, I invested 1499 rupees for this tshirt but they sent me incorrect tshirt. They have 7 days return and refund policy but they are not responding to my queries, via whatsapp, email, I’m helpless, I sent them multiple follow ups but they become unresponsive please fix this problem for me as my money with this company is stuck it seems they are scam and fraud. It’s a Bangalore based company

  1. Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway (e.g. PayTM, PayU) up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
