I booked a flight for my mother via MakeMyTrip (Booking ID: NF78122281448696) on SpiceJet for 20-Sep-2020. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to change the flight date to 21-Sep-2020. For that I paid additional charges via MakeMyTrip to the airline. I paid a total of 7978 Rs. Now I am trying to download the full invoice of all my payment and what I am getting is the first invoice of my first payment (3998 Rs.) and not the complete invoice of later payments. I have been trying to connect to Makemytrip team but they have established a system in which we cannot reach in person to their customer care agents. They have also shut down email support. I need the invoice to claim my losses in this booking. Any help in this regards will be very kind.
