Dear Sir\Madam,
I have been using airtel numbers for several years. Recently i received a bill for around RS 5400 for activating international roaming pack on 6th April 2019.
I never requested for international roaming pack in the first place. I have been carrying my airtel sim for my international trips for 2 years and i was never charged.
I didn’t request for this international roaming and never acknowledged for activating this services. This is was activated without my concern or any intimation. I spoke with customer care and requested them to deactivate this service( ID : 2897687896) but they refused to waive off the charges.
I kindly request you to waive off these charges as it was activated without my concern or acknowledgement.
