Hi,
I am currently on international roaming and airtel has charged me international data usage whereas data usage on my number is completely switched off. it is only connected to wifi. Airtel team is not willing to accept the mistake and not reversing the charges as well. I myself have worked in telecom for a decade and know very well that if phone is not connected to data then how can it be used? and now am being told that my number will be disconnected as am not willing to pay these incorrect charges.
Can somebody from senior authority help me in this regard? Airtel claims to be no1 but then customer services is really bad and these charges are being levied on me 2nd time in 7 months.
