I have gone through hell lot of inconvenience dealing with customer service of Aditya Birla Finance Limited personal loan department. I had requested closure of my personal loan. As per approval email that I have received at time of my Aditya Birla personal loan being approved I’m liable to pay 4% closure fees of total outstanding+ 18%gst of the closure fees there wa no communication of interest to be charged. I received the email of closure with fees and I was confused of additional interest charges of 25k hence I called customer service and they advised me not to pay that hence I paid the closure fees along with GST and total outstanding. After few days I get an email of shortfall of closure amount I made several phone calls to customer service and I was hung up on and whenever I ask for a supervisor always they say supervisor is busy and will arrange a callback and I never get a call back. Staff does not understand what I’m taking and they keep annoying customer by not understanding that we aren’t informed of paying interest charges for closing loan. I paid shortfall amount the very next day and send email with proof of payment so I was expecting 25k interest charges to be refunded but I only received 13k. I called customer service and the call centre agent was rude and said I made late payments hence I was charged interest. I haven’t been late on payment and i was mis lead my customer service. Also i have requested multiple times to cancel ok insurance attached to my personal loan and have the remainder of insurance amount refunded. I’m cheated as i paid 25k interest and only got credit of 13k in the account. Also please cancel my insurance attached to personal loan credit the remainder of insurance amount.
Hope some sensible individual at Aditya Birla Finance Limited reads this and understands my discomfort and torrid time received. I have also sent multiple emails to customer service with no response
