I raised a request with Airtel to shift my WiFi connection on 2nd October 2024. However, despite repeated follow-ups, my connection has not been shifted yet.
To make matters worse, Airtel sent me an email claiming that my connection has been shifted, which is factually incorrect. My connection remains unshifted, and this false update has caused me significant inconvenience.
I am extremely disappointed with Airtel’s service and the lack of timely response to my request. Such delays and incorrect information have impacted my work, and I expect immediate action to resolve this issue.
I request Consumer Complaint Court to intervene and ensure Airtel takes corrective measures without further delay.
