With due respect, I would like to inform you that I had recharged (9832466269 Airtel West Bengal) of Rs.1498/- for 365 days validity with unlimited call and 24GB data and Rs.251 for 50GB data with existing validity. I got validity till 05-08-2022 and 24+50 GB data. Due to news of price hike and after confirming the same from the customer care of Airtel. I had recharged one more Rs.1498/- in advance now my validity is till 05-08-2023 for calling but data validity is 05-08-2022 of 24+50+24 GB. But as per customer care at the time recharge, My first recharge will be valid till 05-08-2022 with 24+50GB data and second recharge will be valid till 05-08-2023 with 24 GB data.
Few days ago my 24GB data of first recharge was used but now they are deducting data from 24 GB of second recharge instead of 50GB of existing valid recharge.
First Complain no. DOTEL/E/2022/12243 and date is 27-04-22 (Via CPGRAMS)

Sir I know this is wrong but we (Airtel company) have process and system issue for this kind of problem. then I gave a example of JIO service provider for the same. after this customer care maintain the silence for few second and cut the call and send the reply case closed. what a reply by the airtel????!!!!!
First Appeal no. DOTEL/E/A/22/0002781 and date is 28-04-22 (Via CPGRAMS, not happy with solution of my first complain)
