Hi Team,
The bill for the below account number: 09311014177 for the month of June 2021 has come as 1912.
As per the EB pammal branch instruction my father took the electric meter reading details which was not seen by the officials, Instead they asked to put the reading details in a box in their office.
As per 15/4/2021 , the reading was 1430
Now as per 15/6/2021 , the reading is 1463, which makes 2 months reading as 1463-1430 = 33 UNITS ONLY.
and the bill payment is 1912rs WHICH IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE.
Have attached the photos for your reference.
AMIDST THIS PANDEMIC SUCH WRONG BILL AMOUNT TO BE PAYED IS TOTALLY WRONG.
PLEASE TAKE THIS TO A SERIOUS CONSIDERATION AND QUICK RESPONSE IS HIGHLY APPRECIABLE.
