In my credit report, it shows that I have taken a housing loan from CHAIRIDSPL. I have never interacted with anyone from this company. I have a housing loan From NAVI Finserv. Coincidentally, CHAIRIDSPL and NAVI loans share the same account number, date of disbursal, and amount disbursed. When I asked NAVI to check it they mention that these 2 companies are not related. My credit score is being affected because of this.
