I had an ongoing short loan from MoneyTap which had the finance partner in the form of DMI Finance Pvt Ltd.

On 29 Oct 2020 @ 17:48, I received a text from MoneyTap offering me to restructure my loan and to opt-in, there was a small restructuring fee which I paid through UPI ₹247.97 and I was told within 24 hours I should be receiving updated repayment schedule from DMI Finance Pvt Ltd but I didn’t hear anything (it’s more than a month).

As per the Loan Restructure Offer my EMI’s for the first 4 months would be ₹817 and from 5th month onwards it would be ₹2107 starting from Nov 2020 and the same is showing on MoneyTap app but the amount debited from my bank was ₹2107.00 instead of ₹817.

Couldn’t contact DMI Finance as there contactable number 1800 572 7727 is always found busy.

Now DMI Finance has been sending me Razorpay link to pay ₹17 & ₹27 and the sad thing about their poor customer service is on 26 Nov 2020 I had an executive from DMI Finance Pvt Ltd at my residence to find out why I do not pay ₹27. I showed him the emails and the executive went back.

I’m not very happy the way MoneyTap and DMI finance customers service it’s very poor and pathetic.
