I am a person who stays aloan in 2 BHK where I only use 1 room, 2nd is mostly untouched.
I don’t have refrigerator or television. All I have is the bulb, fan, a pc which I use only when required, and 1 geyser which I didn’t use in this hot climate. Work from home doesn’t mean you will charge me twice and that too such outstanding amount.
Apart from that every month I have been paying my electricity bill online which mostly comes around rs 465. Then suddenly I received an outrageous amount of Rs 3997 bill.

I checked my meter its running normal as per my knowledge. Went to the nearby bescom office. They where not ready to check and said it’s all correct. I have then mailed the forum but haven’t received any reply.

Kindly help me understand the confusion, since it’s not a small increase. it’s approx 4000.
I am attaching all the screenshots for my payments and bill.
I need an immediate action
