Hello,
My airtel prepaid number is 99726 22331. I don’t use this number. It is just kept active for sentimental reasons. In May 2019, I recharged Rs. 1000. This is in the hopes that frequent recharges will not be required. Per month deduction for pre-paid is about Rs. 30 to Rs. 40. I was expecting that the recharge of Rs. 1000 works for 3 years. But I was shocked to find that the amount Rs. 1000 was fully exhausted in March in less than 8 months.
I am trying to find out why, but didn’t get the response. Through 121, it is now not possible to speak to someone. I visited Airtel stores, but they are clueless and tell me things that I already know.
I need to know where/how my money disappeared in 8 months that too when I don’t use the phone at all. Need your intervention to resolve this.
I when write to 121@in.airtel.com, I get a message that I should call 121 to speak to an Airtel executive. But when I call 121, it is not possible to speak to anyone. The option is not there.
