Text of Complaint by Shaik Abdul Vahid:

Dear Sir/ Ma’am
My dispute ID of Cibil score is CDS16042024001470 Dtd 17 Apr 24.
In my Cibil score report it’s showing that I have taken loan from TRANSACTREE and didn’t paid since long time.

My credit score is dropping continuously due to this.
You are requested to update the correct information in my Cibil data and provide me NOC as soon as possible.

Screenshot of the loan account are attached for your reference.

I have mailed to TRANSACTREE (lendbox) three times to resolve the issue but there is no response.
Also I’m trying to calling there contact number continuously since last 05 days but they are not responding.

Please do the needful at the earliest
