Dear Sir/ Ma’am
My dispute ID of Cibil score is CDS28032024000019 Dtd 28 Mar 24.
In my Cibil score report it’s showing that I have taken two loans from TRANSACTREE and didn’t paid since long time.
My credit score is dropping continuously due to this.
You are requested to update the correct information in my Cibil data and provide me NOC as soon as possible.
Screenshot of both the loan accounts are attached for your reference.
I have mailed to TRANSACTREE (lendbox) three times to resolve the issue but there is no response.
Also I’m trying to calling there contact number continuously since last 05 days but they are not responding.
Please do the needful at the earliest.
