Text of Complaint by Parikshit Andhare:

Our credit limit was set at Rs 7,400 because my parents (Vodafone customers) were travelling abroad. After activation of data service, they got billed for Rs 10,950/- instead of being barred after going above credit limit.
Vodafone agreed their billing system was slow in processing customer usage and hence did not stop the usage immediately after Rs 7,400.
I have duly paid the above Rs 7,400 but now they expect us to pay for their slow billing systems as well.
